Summary of Luce Beaulieu's presentation:
Greenwashing is an insidious phenomenon which has complex ramifications. In this presentation, we will learn more on the criteria that can be used to classify greenwashing in communications, supported by a few examples. We will broach a few attempts made to counter the effects of greenwashing.

Summary of Edouard Clément’s presentation:
In this day and age when greenwashing is pervasive, it is appropriate to ask ourselves what exactly a « green » product might be. This presentation will attempt to answer that question and will offer a few possible solutions for the green conscious consumer. The strengths and weaknesses of existing environmental communications will be touched on as well as the importance of the life cycle approach in any decision making process.
