Biography:
Simon Olivier is the Regional Manager for Canada and the North East of the USA of the GE Energy division. He is in charge of ensuring continued growth of the Power Generation division, including a diverse portfolio of technologies such as wind power, solar panels, biogas engines, steam and gas turbines as well as gasification processes. In the past, Mr. Olivier was the director of the GE Wind division in Canada. He was instrumental in the landing of the contract for the first request for proposal for 1000 MW by Hydro-Québec.
