Jean-Philippe Boutin, 6@8 Cocktail Coordinator
Jean-Philippe Boutin is an environmental management consultant. He has received a masters training in Environmental Management and Policy at the International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics in Sweden. Jean-Philippe is back from a stay in Honduras as an international cooperant supporting a reforestation carbon offset project. During his preceding career, with the benefit of his engineering bachelor and his master in management of technology he contributed to the launch of the Cyberjeunes NetCorps program and has worked as an IT manager for international developing organizations.

Nicolas Saint-Germain, Membership
Nicolas is an associate at Réseau-Bureautique, a compagny specialized in sustainable development by recycling modular office furniture for more than 15 years. After studying administration and several years of experience in the business world, he is now managing sales, purchasing and development strategies for this same firm.

Esther Dormagen, President
Esther is a consultant in sustainable development with Optim Ressources Canada Inc. Originally from France, she settled in Quebec in 2004. She holds an MBA from McGill University (1997), is a certified Human Resources Professional from Quebec (CRHA) and a member of the Social Affairs Committee of the Jeune Chambre de Commerce de Montréal. She has been involved in sustainable development for the past 4 years, in France and Quebec, for NGOs and large companies.

Philippe Lanthier, Communications & Marketing
Philippe is project manager for Takt-Etik. After a few years of experience in the business world, he is particularly interested in sustainable strategies and the life cycle approach to management. Philippe holds a DESS in management and sustainable development at HEC Montréal and a bachelor’s degree in economics and international development at McGill University.

Pierre Batellier, Internal Communications
Research Associate at HEC Montreal and Polytechnique Montreal, Pierre is working on the development of pedagogical tools (mainly business cases) on social responsibility of organizations and sustainable development. He holds a DESS in Management from HEC Montreal in 2005 and has been studying before in international trade and development (IEP Paris) and environmental economics (la Sorbonne). He has been working as a consultant in sustainable development for the French Committee for Sustainable Development (Comité 21), the UNESCO, Calyon investment bank and the French Society of Financial Analysts (SFAF).

Muriel Kearney, Treasurer and Secretary
Businesswoman and Social Development Consultant, Muriel is cofounder and general Manager of Perennia - Design and Life cycles, a social economy enterprise that offers ecodesign solutions to organizations who want to reduce their environmental footprint. She also performs Social Development consulting mandates. Muriel has an MBA from McGill and a Master Degree concerning social entrepreneurship from UQAM. Prior to working on sustainable development issues, Muriel worked in managerial and business development positions in the television industry.

Leveraging his general engineering background, Olivier works as a sales engineer forOdotech, the world leader in odor detection. His ability to Bridge the gap between technology and business got him interested in the new technologies involved by sustainable development and their impact on businesses.
